GalenPath is a secure cloud platform that brings genomic and digital pathology workflows together in one system. The platform serves as the central hub for clinicians and laboratory teams.

Sequencing data and digital slide images are uploaded directly to the cloud. The system automatically validates files, performs quality checks, and runs integrated analysis workflows. Large files such as genomic datasets and pathology images are stored in scalable object storage, while patient information and audit records are maintained in a structured database for easy tracking and traceability.

Image viewing is handled through a dedicated Viewer application that is launched securely from within GalenPath itself. Users cannot access image files directly. Every interaction is authenticated, controlled, and logged to ensure security and compliance. The platform supports standard clinical image formats, including DICOM, JPEG, and TIFF.

Once processing is complete, GalenPath generates an Integrated Report. Clinicians review the findings before applying an electronic signature. This action finalizes the report and automatically creates a complete audit trail, ensuring transparency and regulatory readiness.
